The space The 120 m² apartment consists of: 1)- Living room. 2)- Kitchen and dining table. 3)- Bedroom with double-bed. 4)- Bedroom with single bed (2) 5)- Bathroom. 6)- Spacious Balcony accessible from all of the above mentioned rooms. 7)- Underground free Parking/Garage. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. This will include also the garage on the underground floor and the patio on the way to the main entrance. Other things to note The building where the apartment is located has recently been constructed.

-Please take care to not stain the bed linen and sofas! -No shoes inside the home. -Maximum capacity is 5 people (max 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children or 3 adults and 2 children). -Noise curfew from 12:00am to 7:00am. -No eating or drinking in the bedroom. -Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. -Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioner and any electronics when you leave the house. -Report any damages/breakages. You will be responsible and charged for any damage. -Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before check-out. - No pets. -No parties or events -No commercial photography -No smoking
